Renovation of the Malija House

We are delighted to have contributed to the renovation of a private family home in Malija. With its comfortable and elegant design, the house is a perfect example of a successful renovation that balances functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

The architects from Studio.a+v incorporated natural materials such as wood and stone, bringing warmth and a connection to nature into the space. Bright and neutral colour schemes are thoughtfully complemented by details that reflect refined taste and respect for contemporary trends. By using premium materials, they have created a welcoming yet modern ambiance.

The centerpiece of the bedroom is the Monza bed, featuring a fabric-covered headboard with exquisite detailing, combining elegance and comfort for ultimate relaxation.

The dining room, dominated by the artistically designed round ceramic table Casana, is completed with premium dining and bar chairs Roveto, resulting in a harmonious space for shared meals.

For relaxation in the lounge, they selected the Selections armchair and Marano side table, which, with their thoughtful placement, introduce a touch of contemporary elegance. In the hallway, the Extraform armchair leaves a strong impression on visitors, adding character to the space, while the focal point of the living room is the Marano coffee table, tying the room together into an aesthetic whole.
