A project that combines tradition and modernity: the Oliwa i Ogień bistro renovation

Oliwa i Ogień is an innovative bistro renovation project that combines two historic old-town houses and an inner courtyard, around which the entire story revolves. The architects focused on preserving original elements during the renovation, such as the carefully restored white brick in the courtyard, which adds unique charm to the space. The bistro's kitchen is designed in an island configuration, allowing for easier communication between the staff and guests while enhancing the flow of the space.

Above the kitchen, a large copper hood dominates, becoming the key aesthetic element of the bistro. The project is based on complete transparency, where visitors are given a glimpse into the culinary process and the selection of high-quality ingredients. Transparency is a key element of our approach, allowing guests to connect with the food preparation process and creating a unique experience.
